One thing that can be noted is the kind of trivialization of the repetitive character of the information. However the gravity could only be appreciated on a scale of space and time offered by a synoptic view. Indeed, that sensitive information which is subject of a mapping chronic Linked to space by a dynamic process relies on a powerful mapping information system. We can see the places where there has been victims of murder, assassination, or other kind of violence which end by a sudden death. ELEME...
Cette sortie nous a permis d'entrer en contact avec les personnes les plus touchées par les inondations à Dakar et de savoir en réalité ce qu'elles endurent parce que toujours traumatisées par ces catastrophes. Les difficultés renconrées par ces habitants de wakhinan nimzat peuvent aussi se vérifier sur l'état de leurs habitats (cf. photos). En effet, des maisons remblayées jusqu'au sacrifice des rez de chaussées, des maisons abandonnées au profit du fameux "plan jaxaay" et d'autres totalement perdues sans oublier les édifices publiques (cf. photo école, mosquée, etc.) Nous pensons même encore ignorer la totalité des pertes causées par ce fléau qui reste encore inestimables.
